Our boiler includes an explosion-proof port, a unique feature designed to prevent furnace ignition deflagration by timely pressure relief-something other boilers typically lack.

With an ideal heat transfer tube diameter, ensure the perfect film temperature and maintain robust hot coal volume and flow rate. This design not only extends the lifespan of the heat transfer tube but also significantly slows down the deterioration of the heat medium oil.
The boiler door cover is fortified with ceramic fibre and refractory clay, while the outer part is insulated with rock wool. This meticulous design minimizes heat loss and creates an optimal operating environment.
Featuring a three-layer boiler shell insulation system, composed of an inner ceramic fibre layer, a middle layer of rock wool board, and a lightweight cement cover, this structure reduces bulk loss and enhances external strength.
Our three-circuit tube coil design boasts a heat transfer area approximately 30% larger than the average commercially available heat-transfer boiler, reducing flue gas temperatures and significantly boosting efficiency.
