Product Description

There is no oil collecting tray, no dead angle for the flow of heat medium oil, and it also prevents the risk of oil leakage due to the high pressure of the oil collecting tray.
The front and rear doors can be opened quickly, providing quick access for inspection and maintenance.
With a fire view window, you can clearly monitor the combustion condition of the pool.
Attached to the explosion-proof port to prevent the furnace ignition deflagration in time to remove pressure, other boilers generally do not have this device.

Ideal heat transfer tube diameter design to ensure the appropriate film temperature and provide sufficient hot coal volume and flow rate, not only to extend the life of the heat transfer tube and slow down the deterioration of the heat medium oil.
In addition to the ceramic fibre and refractory clay on the inside of the boiler door cover, the outside is insulated with rock wool to minimise heat loss and provide a good operating environment.
Three-layer boiler shell insulation, the inner layer of ceramic fibre, the middle of the rock wool board, covered with lightweight cement, in order to reduce the loss of bulk and improve the strength of the outside of the nest.
The three-circuit tube coil design has a heat transfer area of approximately 30% more than the average commercially available heat-transfer boiler, which reduces flue gas temperatures and dramatically improves boiler efficiency.
