Our precisely engineered heat transfer tube diameter optimizes film temperature maintenance, delivering ample hot coal volume and flow rate. This design not only prolongs the lifespan of the heat transfer tube but also slows the degradation of the heat medium oil.
The boiler door cover boasts a dual-layer insulation system: ceramic fibre and refractory clay on the inside complemented by external rock wool insulation, effectively minimizing heat loss and ensuring an optimal operational environment.
Featuring a robust three-layer boiler shell insulation, the inner ceramic fibre, rock wool board core, and external lightweight cement work together to reduce mass loss while enhancing structural integrity.
Our advanced three-circuit tube coil design expands the heat transfer area by approximately 30% over conventional heat-transfer boilers, significantly lowering flue gas temperatures and boosting overall boiler efficiency.
